Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
AIO Connect (aioconnect.ca) is operated by AIO Agency in Toronto, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect from creators and applicants, and how we use it. We follow Canada’s PIPEDA.
2. What we collect
Application and profile information you provide: name, email, phone, city, languages, content categories, bio, profile photo, social channel handles and audience statistics, standard rates, and campaign proposals. Operational records: campaign selections, deliverables, payments, and messages with the AIO team. Basic technical logs (IP, browser) for security.
3. Optional account verification
If you choose to verify a YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok channel, we retrieve your public profile identity and audience statistics from the platform’s API at that moment and store only those statistics with a verification timestamp. We do not store your access tokens — the connection is not persistent, and we cannot act on your account.
4. How we use it
To review applications, match creators with campaigns, manage collaborations and payments, and send transactional emails (via Resend) about your account and campaigns. We do not sell personal information. Campaign-relevant profile details are shared with brands only as needed to cast and run campaigns.
5. Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers Supabase (database, hosted in North America) and Vercel (hosting). Emails are delivered by Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security programs.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep your information while your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting records. You can update most information on your Profile page. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time — email connect@aio-agency.ca and we will respond within 30 days. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, application, proposals, and personal data.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes and contact
