Terms of Service

1. What AIO Connect is
AIO Connect (aioconnect.ca) is a private, invitation-based platform operated by AIO Agency (“AIO”, “we”) in Toronto, Canada. It connects approved content creators with brand campaigns that AIO plans, negotiates, and manages.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Access is granted by AIO’s approval. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. AIO may suspend or remove accounts at its discretion, including for inaccurate profile data or conduct that harms the network.
3. Campaigns, proposals, and payment
Campaign details shown on the platform are invitations to propose, not offers of work. A collaboration exists only when you accept final terms issued by AIO. Compensation, deliverables, usage rights, and deadlines are those stated in the accepted terms. Some campaigns are compensated with products or experiences rather than fees; this is always stated before you accept. Payments are made in CAD after deliverables are approved, against your invoice.
4. Confidential campaigns
Some campaigns hide the brand’s identity until selection. Campaign briefs, brand names, fees, and negotiation details are confidential — you agree not to share them outside the platform.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of your channels and content. Usage rights for campaign deliverables are defined per campaign in the accepted terms. You are responsible for complying with the disclosure rules that apply to sponsored content in your jurisdiction (e.g. Ad Standards Canada, FTC).
6. Third-party account connections
You may optionally connect YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok accounts to verify audience statistics. We fetch the statistics once per verification and do not store your platform login tokens. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is”. Being a member does not guarantee campaign invitations or selection. To the extent permitted by law, AIO’s liability in connection with the platform is limited to amounts payable to you under accepted campaign terms.
8. Changes and contact
